SMILING EYES, A CHEERLEADING COACH’S PERSONAL VICTORY

Be inspired as you read this author’s novel of triumph and her return to coaching cheerleaders following a bizarre accident.  Follow her teams to National and International level as they inspire her to move forward.

ImageTAUNTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- Smiling Eye’s, A Cheerleading Coach’s Personal Victory Following a bizarre tragedy that defies logic, and a second chance at life, this woman who was barely noticed in a family of nine, chooses to prove her worth emotionally, mentally and physically through her accomplishments in coaching cheerleaders, and then succeeds in completing an inspiring novel of triumph.

After weeks of hospitalization and a year of therapy, she was able to walk again, but left with a facial paralysis that becomes her prevailing crutch.  I am that woman, and although I cannot smile completely, my eyes do, or that is what they tell me.

Follow my coaching journey as I reminisce with countless tales of the triumphs and struggles of cheerleaders competing at both the national and international levels.  This memoir, with all of its guts and glory about cheerleading, also tells the personal tales about three generations in one family of strong and determined women.
